Public Projects

This project consists of the construction of approximately 440 linear feet of storm sewer, 12 drainage structures, 3,000 square yards of sidewalk, 1800 square yards of HMA for pavement repair, one RRFB System, sundry utility adjustments, and other related miscellaneous items.

This project consists of the construction of approximately 10,000 square yards of polyester concrete overlay, 4,300 cubic feet of modified concrete overlay, 1300 square yards of cement concrete pavement grinding, 1500 linear feet of silicone and compression seal joint replacement, sundry utility adjustments, concrete curb repairs and other related miscellaneous items.

This project consists of the construction of approximately 110 ADA accessible wheelchair ramps, including 3000 linear feet of curb removal and replacement, and 2700 square yards of sidewalk, sundry utility adjustments, and other related miscellaneous items.

This project consists of the construction of approximately 17,500 square feet of striping removal, 11,800 square feet of durable heat applied markings, 9,200 square feet of grooved in markings, and other related miscellaneous items.

This project consists of the construction of approximately, 1750 linear feet of sidewalk and driveway, 1750 linear feet of curb, 1 drainage structure, utility adjustments, and other related miscellaneous items.

This project consists of approximately 2500 square yards of full depth pavement repair on various arterial streets, sundry utility adjustments, and other related miscellaneous items.

The City of Spokane, through its Department of Engineering Services (hereinafter “City”) is inviting qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional services related to: • Design of a 5-leg roundabout, including a minor amount of utility design and including plans and specifications. • Substantial real estate acquisition will be required. The city’s on-call real estate consultant will acquire the parcels or portions of parcels identified by the design consultant in the ROW plan he will prepare. • Environmental review will be done by City personnel. • A topo survey has been done for the site by city personnel. Follow-up survey needs will be done by city personnel. • Some geotechnical work has been done by the City’s on-call geotechnical consultant. If additional geotechnical exploration is needed, that work will be done by the design consultant or his subconsultant. • Existing and projected traffic count information is available.

The City of Spokane, through its Department of Engineering Services (hereinafter “City”) is initiating this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Proposals from Firms with expertise in surveying (boundary surveys, topographic surveys), writing legal descriptions for easements and acquisitions and researching boundary lines. Any contract awarded as a result of this procurement is contingent upon the availability of funding. A portion of the funding for this project may come from state or federal sources. Where applicable, the contract awarded as a result of this procurement will incorporate the requirements of state or federal funding programs. The period of performance of the contract resulting from this RFQ is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about January 1, 2026, and to end on December 31, 2027.
