This project consists of the construction of a reservoir, a 4-way valve building, all piping to tie in the new reservoir including piping connected to the tank, yard piping, and piping within the 4-way valve building, reservoir overflow pond expansion, gravel access road and other site improvements, sundry utility adjustments, and other related miscellaneous items.
